The farmstead is located on the shore of Lake Ilgis. Beautiful, tidy surroundings, two ponds, a running stream. The main building has a banquet room for up to 70 people. Rooms with all amenities. There is also a separate building with a hall for 20 people. Sauna, floating building with a hall on the water, basketball, volleyball courts, boats and other entertainment. The farmstead is more suitable for organizing corporate, family celebrations, parties and conferences. 60 people are accommodated in the homestead. Homestead renovated in 2018.
