It is a homestead for parties and banquets and long-term lease is possible. This place is nice, tidy and away from neighbours. The area of the homestead is 1 ha, the area of the dwelling-house is 80 sq. m. and the area of a separate sauna is 30 sq. m. The living-room of the dwelling-house accommodates up to 30 persons for banquets and there are 13 beds for sleep, but it is possible to put mattresses for up to 20 persons to sleep. In the homestead, there is a kitchen, a fridge, a washing-machine, a shower, a bath, a WC and a fireplace; it contains all necessary tools and dishes. Environment: a summerhouse, a terrace next to the sauna with a table for 15 persons, an external fireplace, children’s and volleyball playgrounds, a big private territory for walks and a parking lot for up to 10 cars. The sauna contains an ancient cellar with a table and 14 sitting places and it is a wonderful refreshing place on a hot summer day. Entertainments: 2 ponds with fish; if you notify in advance, it is possible to organize excursions around Dzūkija, riding Trakėnai horses on a stud farm or order national Lithuanian meals to the homestead.
